Meaningful changes

I spent the early morning playing with a re-design of the header sent tome by my very funny and very talented friend, Mrs. Mel. Since I have to fumble along with this blogging thing I just assumed that whatever blogger did with your picture was what you got. I received 3 versions of the header pic and this was the funny one that most applied to my current status as a lapsed quilter. Funny enough, today I will be working on a baby quilt for a little one due in Feb. I better get on the stick eh? I love working with girly colors so this should be just pure fun. I'm making a simple log cabin in sweet colors. Hopefully I'll have something to show very soon. talk to you soon.

Oh, a log cabin made from those lovely prints will be stunning. And I love the header.

Gosh, I was going to tell you that your header opened into a full screen but I thought that was going to be rude. And, like, I am, like, never rude. It looks much better now and I don't have to wait 10 minutes for it to load.

I can't wait to se this girly quilt come together. I'm starting a baby quilt soon but having difficulty putting the fabrics together. Like what's new.

With a distracting view like that, who WOULD quilt?

Your girly colours do nothing for me, I'm just not a girly kinda gal I guess. But when you have the quilt together, I bet I'll love it and want it. I'm like that. ;o)

I love how the banner looks and sure wish I knew all those tricks! As for the quilt....the girly colors are so pretty and remind me of Spring!

Great new banner! I'm working on a "girly" baby quilt right now too. Little Emily is already almost 6 months old...think I can focus long enough to finish it before she starts kindergarten? Jen
