Roger passed away quietly this afternoon at 5:45 in his sleep with all of us surrounding him. Thank you for the blessing of your friendship and your kindness.
Dee, I'm so sorry for your loss. I continue to keep you in my thoughts. Stay strong and remember you have lots of people who love you and are here for you.
I know from your posts that the time you had together was not nearly long enough and you were not ready to lose Roger. My deepest sympathies on having to watch your life's love suffer and finally stop struggling. May your family and memories bring you some bright spots in your grief.
You have my sincerest sympathy in the passing or your Roger. My Vann passed fifteen months ago from pancreatic cancer. May God bless and comfort you and may your sweet memories of times together remain to keep you warm.s
I am so heartbroken for you, I have not been able to process this. Forgive me for not leaving a comment sooner. I knew in my heart of hearts that this is where it was all heading but I did not want to accept it. I have spent my life believing in miracles but I have learned that there are times when the true miracle was the blessing of the one you have lost in your life. You know this, and I know this. But it cannot and will not ever lessen the pain that you are feeling now. Please know that I am sending all the love and prayers, and healing energy that I can to help you carry this horrible burden that is striking your very heart. I am so very, very deeply sorry and my heart feels so broken for you, Dee. Please know how much all of us who read here, love and treasure you and we are all putting our arms around you and joining our heart with yours.
